Having just completed the Watford 10k run this morning, I'm feeling a mixture of elated, tired and slight drunk... well, you need to replace the liquids!

After my trip to Swindon last Sunday, I then spent a few days with two of my sisters in Weymouth. This didn't help my training but did give me some time to relax.

All's going well on the CV / leads / interview front. With a couple of "chats" with a well known travel company and an even better known supermarket chain. Plus further input from Shirley. I've also organised a get-together of the "Lifeboat Club" for this Tuesday morning. So, if your not too busy come and say hello... down on the ground floor East in the main building at about 11:00.
